Kim, Jun Young, Ph.D. was Professor of Economics in the Department of Economics at Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU), whose academic fields are macroeconomics and public finance to publish many articles and books. He served as the 19th President at Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU) from 2011 to 2014. Now Kim, Jun Young is the Chairman of the Sungkyunkwan University(SKKU) Foundation. He has participated in various positions in the government and academic associations. In the academic association, he was the President of the Korean Association of Public Finance. In the government's committees, he was Chairperson of Higher Educational Division Committee, Chairperson of University Advancement Committee at the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and Chairperson of the Price Policy Advisory Committee at the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. In the government's policy Institute, he was the 6th Chairman at the Economic, Humanities and Social Research Association. In the President Association of Korean Universities, Kim, Jun Young was the 20th President of Korea University Education Council.
